Robert Phelps – Global Mortgage MX
Robert Phelps, Global Mortgage MX – After a long career in finance, Robert founded Global Mortgage in 2017. After the 2007-2009 global housing crisis, many traditional U.S. based lenders pulled out of the Mexican market. Sensing an opportunity to serve U.S. citizens who still wished to purchase a primary or secondary home in Mexico, Robert and his team contracted with the Mexican government to provide U.S. style mortgages (with U.S. style lending terms) to expats looking to move south of the boarder.

Jim Dobson-Kelley, Coldwell Banker International
Jim Dobson-Kelley, Coldwell Banker International – For nearly a decade, Jim has been assisting people moving to Mexico as an international realtor for Coldwell Banker. He is based out of San Miguel de Allende Mexico and helps people looking for homes all over Mexico.
Jim bought his first Mexican property in 2005. He now owns multiple properties including rental property. Jim understands the laws, process, and unique environment of real estate in Mexico.
